• Lactose: For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we are happy to provide you with lactose-free dairy products. Unfortunately, it is not possible for our kitchen team to prepare a completely lactose-free menu; however, we will gladly try to accommodate your wishes within the scope of our offerings and will also use lactose-free products you bring along whenever possible.

• Gluten: In the context of our offerings, we are happy to provide gluten-free bread and gluten-free pasta. If you bring gluten-free products, we will gladly prepare them for you. Unfortunately, our kitchen team cannot prepare a completely gluten-free menu.

• Vegan: Unfortunately, we are not specialized in vegan nutrition, and we apologize for that! Therefore, we believe you would feel better accommodated in another hotel that can cater to your dietary wishes.

The fee is mandatory. As part of the mobility fee, you automatically receive the Guest Mobility Ticket, allowing you to use public transport throughout the entire Salzburg region free of charge!

Bike garages and bike charging stations are available in every house of our resort.

You can already secure rental bikes online in advance, so they will definitely be available to you during your vacation week! We recommend:

According to § 5.5 of the Austrian AGBH, the accommodation contract can be canceled by unilateral declaration by the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee at the latest 2 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest. Outside of the period specified in § 5.5, withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:

• 2 months to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total arrangement price
• 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total arrangement price
• In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total arrangement price
• In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total arrangement price

Please note that cancellation policies may be adjusted individually for larger group bookings. The applicable cancellation policy can always be found in your offer and booking confirmation.

Our hearts are large, but sorry, we unfortunately cannot welcome your pets in our hotel.

Our resort has enough free parking spaces at each of our houses. Depending on availability, you can also book an underground parking space for a fee.

With us, you are right in the middle of Snow Space Salzburg and can spread out in all directions, from A like Alpendorf to Z like Zauchensee. Twelve peaks, five valleys, 210 km of slopes, yes!
 
And the access to this is practically (250m) from your doorstep. You don’t need a ski bus or car, just walk comfortably to Starjet 1 in the morning and back to us from Hofstadl in the evening.

• 3 min. on foot to the Starjet 1 valley station with ski rental, ski depot, and Hofstald Après-Ski
• Ski rentals: Intersport Arena at Starjet, Sport Perner
• Ski schools: Fun & Pro at Starjet, Hermann Maier for advanced skiers and adults
• Free ski bus every 15 minutes between Flachau and Flachauwinkl, bus stop in front of the Ennshof

Please smoke exclusively on the terrace in front of the Reslwirt entrance and in front of the Ennshof – and please do not smoke in the rooms and on the balconies. Thank you!

Thank you for working hand in hand to preserve our nature! For example:

• Bring your swimming shoes from home.
• Only have your rooms cleaned when necessary. Hang the corresponding sign on the door, and we will ensure fresh air again.
• Oldie but Goldie: Use hand, shower, and sauna towels multiple times. We will only change the towels that you put on the floor.
• Quench your thirst with fresh mountain water straight from the tap, which is much tastier than long-traveled mineral water. Carafes and glasses are ready in the room.

When you book with us, we automatically offer you the Resl travel cancellation fee. It only costs € 5,- per adult per night and covers cancellation fees in case of accident, illness (medical certificate required), or death. If you do not want this protection, please let us know.

For all other circumstances, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy.

For relaxation, there is at Reslwirt (main building, but of course open to all hotel guests) from 16 years of age from 14:00 to 21:00:

With a rollator, you can move well through the Reslwirt and the Emmy. These two houses also have an elevator.

We are very sorry, but unfortunately our houses and our facility are not wheelchair accessible.
